What each service does
Direct linkGalerie Auto holds the CRM records, statuses and permissions. Muse is the assistant you talk to. MCP provides the technical connection through which Muse requests data or an authorized operation.
The connector is not a complete copy of your database. Each response reflects the request, pagination and connection scope. Ask for a fresh read when you need a record’s latest state.
Three tasks to keep separate
Direct link- Read
- Search for a vehicle, read its record or retrieve its photo links. Check the organization and stock number before comparing records.
- Prepare
- Request a summary or draft from returned facts. Mark missing information explicitly. A draft does not prove that a listing was published.
- Change
- Use a CRM write only when it is available and intended. Changing a price or creating an event is a real operation; check it in the CRM afterwards.
For a sales team, begin with reads. The inventory scenario provides a precise request and observable checks.
A useful first request
Direct linkCheck which organization is authorized in Galerie Auto. Find up to five available vehicles and show make, model, recorded price, stock number and photo count. Flag missing fields. Do not create or change any data.
This limits the requested task, not the connection’s technical permissions. Review the connection permissions and Muse’s approval settings before broader use. Photo count refers to returned links, not images successfully displayed.
Connection, data and external actions
Direct linkCreating a connector and completing a read are separate checks. Opening a photo link is another: Muse may receive a URL without displaying the image in the conversation. See the photo guide.
Newton tools do not guarantee complete Facebook automation. Preparing a Messenger draft can store internal draft state; preparing it does not send it or synchronize it to the CRM. Preparation, synchronization and sending require separate checks. This guide reports no measured time savings or commercial results.
Meta documents custom connectors and their management. Availability and labels can vary with your Muse interface. The connection guide describes the steps and the result to check at each stage.
