Find the right vehicle, with facts from the CRM.

Use a Galerie Auto account authorized for the intended organization and grant inventory reads, vehicles:read. Ask for galauto_identity and galauto_organizations before searching. Compare the organization with the one you intended; a completed consent screen does not replace this tool response.

For a consultation scenario, check the actual permissions rather than relying only on “do not change anything” in the chat. The permissions guide explains the default and linked access.

In the authorized organization, find Toyota vehicles with status disponible and a recorded price no higher than $25,000 CAD. Show up to five records with stock number, model, year, mileage and recorded price. Flag missing values and whether another page is available. Do not change any record.

This is a request to adapt, not a demonstration inventory or an offer of vehicles. The technical status disponible means available. If no record matches, say so without inventing stock.

Year and mileage are fields to compare after reading; they are not native server filters for this search. A complete list requires every relevant page.

1. Check make, model and stock number to distinguish similar vehicles.
2. Read the chosen record with galauto_get_vehicle, using the identifier returned by the search.
3. Compare recorded price, mileage and status with the CRM.
4. If photos are needed, ask for photo_urls and photo_count.

The recorded price alone is not a tax calculation, financing offer or guarantee of availability at a later visit. Read the record again when a time-sensitive fact is about to be used.

A search returns up to 20 results by default, with a configurable limit up to 50. When has_more is true, continue with next_offset. If the pagination limit is reached, narrow the search instead of inventing another offset. Counting the first page does not count the whole inventory.

Ask: “Did you read every page, or only the first five records?” A short selection is useful when it is clearly described as a selection. The controlled MCP examples (French) qualify two pages on fictitious records.

Photo links retain the selected CRM list’s order: photos, or images as a fallback. MCP returns links; it does not download the files to Muse. An accessible URL may still not appear as an image in the chat.

Keep a missing colour, trim or mileage as “not recorded”. Another vehicle’s record does not establish the missing specification. The photo guide distinguishes returned links, HTTP access and image display.

• The selected record has the correct stock number.
• Presented facts match the CRM read.
• Missing fields and pagination limits stay explicit.
• No write was requested during this scenario.
