Understand the connector

Galerie Auto MCP: from your CRM to your assistant.

The Galerie Auto MCP server lets a compatible assistant use authorized CRM tools. You sign in with your account, choose your organization and grant the permissions you need, within your existing CRM access rights.

A connector between a request and CRM data

You describe a task to your assistant. It chooses a tool, sends the required parameters and receives a result allowed by Galerie Auto. MCP defines the exchange between a client and a server; it does not replace the CRM or its access rules.

  1. The assistant discovers the tools available to your connection.
  2. It calls a specific tool, such as a vehicle search.
  3. Galerie Auto checks access and returns the permitted data.
  4. The assistant presents the result. Ask which facts came from the tool.

The address to give your assistant

The remote endpoint is:

https://www.galerieauto.com/mcp

It uses MCP’s HTTP transport and OAuth authorization with PKCE. Supply this address to the assistant’s connector. Opening it directly in a browser without a connection may return an authentication requirement; it is a protocol endpoint.

Enter your password on the Galerie Auto sign-in screen, never in the conversation. For Muse, follow the connection tutorial.

What the tools cover

The catalogue includes inventory, customer record and calendar reads. Write tools can also make certain CRM changes when authorized. These have real effects, such as changing a price, creating a contact or making a vehicle publicly visible.

In my authorized organization, find available Toyota vehicles priced below $25,000 CAD. Give the recorded price and stock number. Do not change anything.

This is a request to adapt, not a guaranteed inventory result. Saying “do not change anything” does not reduce the technical permissions you granted.

The tool reference separates reads, CRM writes, preparation and coordination of Newton operations.

Compatibility and limits

These resources document the Muse process. Another assistant must support the server’s transport and authorization requirements. A general “MCP compatible” claim does not prove that its connection flow will work. Consult the dated compatibility reference.

The server does not open every organization or bypass account restrictions. An empty result may mean no match, limited access or a missing field; keep those possibilities separate.

Reposting and Messenger tools coordinate operations with Newton. A successful connection does not prove a Facebook repost or Messenger send. Each requires authorized external access and evidence for that operation.
