Business guide

Evaluate a CRM for your agents’ actual work.

Evaluate a CRM connected to AI agents with an observable task: find a vehicle, check its data and identify who can act. An AI feature alone does not qualify the complete workflow.

Start with one task

Describe work your team repeats: finding vehicles within a budget, preparing a reply from recorded facts or retrieving a customer interaction. Name the person doing the work, the organization and the expected result.

For example, a salesperson wants to present three available vehicles without quoting an outdated price. The trial needs to check search, record freshness, missing fields and result limits. Fluent wording does not establish those checks.

Questions and evidence for a demonstration

Compare an answer with its evidence
CriterionQuestionUseful evidence
DataWhere do price, status and photos come from?An identifiable record and its current read.
ScopeDoes the assistant access the intended organization? An identity check and a trial with a representative account.
PermissionsWhich tools read and which write?A list of effects and denied calls from an account lacking the required permission.
CompletenessIs the search paginated?A result that states its limit and possible continuation.
ActionsWhat proves an action took place?A readback of the target state, separate from a draft or request.
Stop accessHow is access removed?Revocation followed by a denied fresh read.
MaintenanceWho maintains the connector and guides?A version, review date and stated limitations.

Reliable inventory remains the starting point

An agent does not automatically correct source data. Outdated statuses and absent photos may be less visible in a conversational answer. Require missing information to be flagged rather than guessed.

Test similar vehicles too. Two units of the same make and model must remain distinguishable by record and stock number. A change should target the record that was read, with its version checked.

What MCP contributes

MCP gives an assistant and tools a common exchange framework. Galerie Auto uses it to expose authorized CRM tools. It does not guarantee that every assistant supports the same authorization flow or that every business task is available.

Try the assistant your team will use. The Muse overview and tool catalogue describe the concrete scope. For the integration choice, see MCP and API workflows.

Organize a limited, measurable trial

  1. Choose a representative account, an organization and a few known records.
  2. Begin with reads and compare results with the CRM.
  3. Test a missing field and a search with more than one page.
  4. If a write is part of the agreed trial, use test data and check the state before and after.
  5. Remove the connection and check that the former access is denied.

Measure accuracy, errors, time spent correcting results and onboarding effort separately. This method gives no universal savings figure. Use it to establish your team’s results. Choose the actual interface language needed by your team; these English resources do not imply an English Galerie Auto product interface.

Decide from observed limits

Classify each scenario as usable within the tested scope, requiring further checks, or outside scope. One successful connection does not validate every action. OAuth authorization, inventory reads and external sends each need their own evidence.

To evaluate Galerie Auto, prepare two or three business questions and use the contact process (French) to request a demonstration. Confirm offers and applicable terms in that process. The task delegation guide (French) helps separate preparation, CRM changes and external operations.
